Karma
Watching The Amazing Race last night, I kept thinking about karma. The team that got voted out basically screamed at and harassed a donkey to try and get to the finish line, only to lose when it wouldn't move. Then, when they lost, they said it was karma.
Basically, they knew they deserved to lose. So why did they behave badly? Is "karma" some kind of excuse for people to act any way they please, and shrug? I don't get it.
